About Mondomotion

Experience changes how you see the problem.

After more than two decades working across strategy, customer experience, branding and digital, one pattern keeps showing up. Businesses often invest in execution before achieving clarity about what they're trying to accomplish.

Mondomotion was built to work further upstream.

Why Mondomotion

Experience

(MM® / 01)

Twenty years changes the questions you ask.

Experience doesn't eliminate uncertainty. It helps you recognize where to look.

Over time, the conversation moves beyond what should be designed, built or launched. The questions become more fundamental.

You stop starting with

What should we design?

And start asking

01

What needs to change in the business?

02

What does the customer need to understand?

03

Where is the real friction?

04

What decision are we actually trying to make?

05

What should happen before we spend money executing?

Perspective comes from experience.

The founder

(MM® / 02)

Kashan Nazir, founder of Mondomotion

Kashan Nazir

Strategist. Creative Director. Problem solver.

I've spent more than 20 years working at the intersection of business strategy, customer experience, branding and digital.

That experience has included designing digital experiences, leading creative teams, advising organizations and helping translate complex business problems into clearer customer experiences.

Over time, I became increasingly interested in what happens before execution. The decisions that determine whether the website, brand or campaign is solving the right problem in the first place.

That's where Mondomotion sits.

Why Mondomotion

Clarity creates momentum.

When leadership agrees on the problem, teams stop debating tactics.

Clear positioning makes messaging easier to write, and easier for staff to repeat.

Knowing what customers need to understand settles most digital decisions.

Execution moves faster when nobody is guessing at the intent behind it.

Mondomotion exists to create that clarity before businesses commit time, money and resources to what comes next.

Built differently

(MM® / 03)

Senior thinking. Direct collaboration.

Mondomotion is intentionally small. Clients work directly with the person responsible for understanding the problem, shaping the direction and guiding the work.

Nothing is relayed through an account team on the way in or out.

01

Direct access

You work directly with the person leading the strategy.

02

Cross-disciplinary perspective

Business, brand, customer experience and digital are considered together.

03

Independent thinking

The recommendation isn't predetermined by a service we need to sell.

04

Execution awareness

Strategy is grounded in what can actually be implemented.

Independent by design

The answer isn't always a new website.

Sometimes the problem is positioning.

Often it's the messaging, or the order things are explained in.

Occasionally the website is fine and the market focus is wrong.

And sometimes execution really is the next step.

Our job is to understand the problem before recommending the investment.

What experience changes

Less activity. Better decisions.

Experience mostly shortens the search. You get to the decisions that actually matter sooner, and spend less time pursuing ideas that won't move the business forward.

Focus

Separate the underlying problem from the visible symptoms.

Priority

Determine which decisions need to happen first.

Practicality

Make recommendations that can survive contact with real budgets, teams and timelines.

In practice

Frontline Transport

What began as a website conversation became a broader positioning, messaging and digital strategy engagement. By working upstream from the website, we created a clearer foundation for everything that followed.
